From the Benches returns with a vengeance. After the NFL Meetings the boys had a lot of things to cover based on the comments of Mike McCarthy. First they address the report from Bob McGinn that said Colts G/C Mike McGlynn visited Green Bay on Wednesday, and what that could mean for the center position going forward.

After that the guys go Behind The Bench to address the comments made by Mike McCarthy. First and foremost they start with the buzzword of the offseason, elephant defensive end, and what that means for Julius Peppers, Mike Neal, and Nick Perry going forward. After that they discuss the expansion in the role of Micah Hyde, the situation at the offensive tackle position, and finally the status of John Kuhn, Matt Flynn, and Jermichael Finley.

The boys continue their draft series discussing the upcoming debate between Alabama’s C.J. Mosley and Ohio State’s Ryan Shazier, as well as some other possibilities in later rounds for the Packers should they choose to go in another direction at pick 21.

To cap it all off Ross has some harsh words for critics of the Julius Peppers signing in this week’s signature segment “You’re gonna want to cut that.”
