Join the Hot Mess Express as they break down an ugly Packers win. Aaron Rodgers had a rough day – which some quarterbacks would give their left nut for. Rollins is boss, with a pick-6 and another regular pick (almost as good as a pick-6 but not quite). Clay Matthews terrorized the Rams offense – especially the quarterback – for the whole day. And the Packers are 5-0, but we still aren’t saying the S word, and we never will because JINX! Join us.

I’ve been listening to your podcast for a few months now. I really do enjoy everything that you guys talk about, I love your perspectives and overall I look forward to the podcast… I have one criticism though and it’s the audio. One minute I can’t hear a word anyone is saying, the next it’s clipping so hard I think my ears might start bleeding. It sounds like you are all on the telephone; I know that can be a challenge. But prior to uploading the podcast you should really consider putting the audio through a compressor or limiter of some sort, it has been so bad at times that I’ve had to turn it off much to my dismay. I really think if you clean up the audio a bit you’ll get more listeners too (I tried showing a friend once, he wouldn’t even give it a chance because of the audio). Other than that, I love the show and GO PACK GO!!! (I should also mention that I listen on Sticher, if that means anything)
Thank you for listening and the valuable feedback. You are right–we are using phone lines to record–that’s how BlogtalkRadio works. So, the audio can be challenging at times. CD Angeli does run the podcast through a compressor. We’ll see what we can do about improving the audio–we want the best show we can get for our listeners.
Thanks for the feedback. Having everyone call in from different platforms (and yes, some are phones) does create those differences in sound. If you have a program that you’d recommend, or a setting on Audacity that might even out the volume, please let me know. I’d love to use it.
