The Dallas Cowboys. Don’t you just get a queasy feeling in your stomach when you hear this? Dallas Cowboys. Dallas Cowboys. Dallas Cowboys. I feel like if I said that three times while locked in a pitch black bathroom, something horrible would happen. On that note, let’s take a look at some CLASSIC, and I mean CLASSIC moments in Dallas Cowboys history.

Michael Irvin Stabs a Teammate in the Neck

Remember the Page 2 site of ESPN back when it was a thriving sports behemoth? Take a gander at this classic article about Jerry Jones and company sweeping an incident under the rug. The incident, of course, involved Michael Irvin stabbing a teammate in the neck at a barbershop when he didn’t oblige to letting Irvin steal his seat on the swivel chair. Imagine this event flying under the radar in 2017. It’s impossible. Cam Newton just made a joke toward a female reporter that has the Twitterverse screaming sexism and calling for his head. In a handful of hours on a Wednesday, Newton has been eviscerated for a harmless comment, while Irvin has gone two decades virtually unscathed after stabbing someone. Let that sink in.

Aaron Rodgers to Jared Cook

Very little explanation needed. The ball was his Aaron Rodgers’s brush. The field was his canvas. A masterpiece was painted this day.

Mason Crosby Field Goal to the Titanic Theme

The internet is wonderful from time to time.

Leon Lett

My favorite Dallas Cowboy of all time. Please, oh please, watch his classic Thanksgiving blunder. There are so many wonderful things about this clip.

  1. Snow in Dallas on artificial turf
  2. Starter jackets
  3. Don Shula’s sunglasses
  4. A young Ed Hochuli
  5.  Jerry Jones celebrating on the sideline, followed by confusion and disappointment
  6. Classic teal Dolphins jerseys

And let’s not forget the Leon Lett original showboat touchback against the Bills. Thank you for the cameo, Don Beebe.  You more than earned your ring in ’96.
