Jeremy Lane and Quentin Rollins were both raw prospects coming in. Lane as a late-round pick and Rollins as a one-year college player. Both players might not contribute in year one (Lane didn’t) but could end up being solid contributors to a Super Bowl-level team (Lane is/was).
