We are now 2 months away from seeing the new look Green Bay Packers on Lambeau Field. This week, the Green Bay Packers announced that ‘Packers Family Night, presented by Bellin Health,’ will take place Friday, August 2.

This marks a change from the past few years, when Family Night was on a Saturday night.

The 19th edition of Packers Family Night, is the 2019 Green Bay Packers introduction to most fans. It will mark the first time that new head coach Matt Lafleur will walk out of the tunnel of Lambeau Field as the Packers head coach.

It’s a night full of optimism, the kick-off to the NFL season will then be a month away, and excitement will fill the air. It’s a new dawn in Green Bay and this years’ Packers team already has expectations of getting back to the winning seasons fans are accustomed too. A full capacity crowd will fill Lambeau Field to not only get a look at Aaron Rodgers and the offense, but also the new free agents and draft picks the team has brought in along with head coach Matt Lafleur.

Doors to the event will open at 5:30 p.m., with the team being introduced to the capacity crowd at 7:30 p.m. As the team will be in the midst of training camp, this will then be a full practice that will last approximately 90 minutes. Tickets to ‘Packers Family Night, presented by Bellin Health,’ will go on sale on Tuesday, July 2 at 10 a.m. Tickets can be purchased on Ticketmaster.com.

Family night is all about bringing families together around football. There will be plenty of family events happening outside Lambeau Field. After the game like practice, the team will hold their ‘Jerseys of Our Backs’ promotion. Which will be followed by the ever popular, Fireworks and Laser Show.
