Well…A REALLY LONG TIME! 34-year old Julius Peppers, recently of the Chicago Bears, comes north of the border to join the Green Bay Packers as a rushing defensive end, and instantly adds some credibility to the pass rush, as well as some guesswork as to how Dom Capers plans to use him (or change things to maximize his impact).
