Free agency has calmed down now and the Packers are looking to the upcoming NFL draft. Jacob and Jason welcome back Dan Shonka of Ourlads Scouting Services to talk about who the Packers might have their eye on. He also discusses who is a good fit and fills need areas. Is the talk about the Packers possibly taking T.J. Watt or Christian McCaffrey in round one legit? Who are some hidden gems or names we haven’t heard of yet? With just under a month until draft day, we break down the best players and who teams should be avoiding. That and more on this latest Pulse of the Pack podcast!

The Packers should draft EDGE or corner the first round. Since there’s a limited amount of talent at EDGE rushers in the first round Watt should be our pick. If not Watt then make sure he’s an opening day starter to replace Shields. If a projected running back should fall in our lap at 29.we’d be fools not to take him. Such as Dalvin Cook or McCaffrey. I also like Kamara. That would fix the offense and now we can concentrate on fixing the secondary and getting another pass rusher.
