Brian Gutekunst GM of the Green Bay Packers traded picks 30 in the 1st Round and 114/118 in the 4th Round for pick 21 in the 1st Round to select his guy S Darnell Savage, Maryland.

I will not go into great detail here, because my pick, that I was going to detail was part of this trade (#114). Savage is a ball hawk with great speed and football intellect. He will be a great addition to the Packers Defensive Backfield and pair nicely with Adrian Amos.

I think this was a great selection as he was rated in the top four of all DB’s, any position.
