The Packers are an American institution. They are among the top NFL teams still playing today. Their rivalry with the Chicago Bears is one of the most famous sports “beefs” in the industry. They hold several records in the NFL, and their track record in the field speaks for itself.
Sadly, for Packers fans, however, the Green Bay team has not been doing too hot this season. They came into the season with everyone in their favor. A ton of bettors had them as the top 3 favorite teams to win the championship and the Super Bowl. However, the question here is whether Aaron Rodgers is good for the Packers? And, considering all of the controversies and behind-the-scenes drama that he has been having with his teammates, the answer would seem to be “no”.
What is Going On with Rodgers and the Packers?
According to a number of sources, it would seem that Aaron Rodgers is less-than-loved by his Packers teammates. So, why is that. It seems that Mr. Rodgers has rubbed some people the wrong way with his offseason “will he or won’t he” be back, his unwillingness to participate in offseason team activities and his shaping of the Packers offense to his own liking over the coaches’. These things and others have apparently left a sour note in many of the other players’ mouths.
If their statements are to be believed, Aaron Rodgers’ behavior has been unacceptable for quite some time. The worst of it is that he continues to share his rather harsh opinions on the team, even as the season has already started. So, to go back to the question at hand, it would seem that Aaron Rodgers is not all that great for the Packers. However, this leads us to a second question…

It is no secret that the Packers don’t have the greatest roster of players. And with their most recent decision not to add anyone new, perhaps Rodgers’ frustration is a bit justified. After all, he is undeniably a great player. Perhaps, there is a degree of stress that comes with the constant pressure being placed on his shoulders to perform well.
