What a crazy week it was for the Green Bay Packers, as they added superstar edge rusher Micah Parsons—just in time for the Week 1 showdown against the Detroit Lions! The NFL season is a long one, but this opener could mean a lot when it comes to the final standings.

Parsons may have just joined the team, but expect him to be disruptive, even if his snaps are limited. But this article isn’t about Parsons—it’s about having AI predict the first four weeks of the season! (For more on the Parsons trade, click here.)

So, without further ado, here’s how AI predicts the Packers’ first four games of 2025.

Prompt for Grok

The prompt I gave Grok (the AI used for this prediction) was simple:

“Using up-to-date information about the Green Bay Packers, I would like you to predict the Packers’ win/loss record for the 2025 season. The roster needs to be up to date. Have a short one- or two-sentence synopsis for each game predicted.”

So, Grok took about three minutes to process the request, compiling research and forming a conclusive prediction.

Needless to say, I was shocked—but excited—by the answer.

Week 1 Lions at Packers

Grok’s answer: Green Bay kicks off the season with a statement home win over the rival Lions, as Jordan Love connects on deep passes to Golden and Reed while Parsons disrupts Jared Goff’s rhythm. Defense holds strong in a high-scoring affair. Packers win.

Week 2 Commanders at Packers TNF

Grok’s answer: On a short week at Lambeau, Green Bay’s offense overwhelms the Commanders’ rebuilding defense, with Jacobs rushing for over 100 yards; the home crowd energizes a comfortable victory despite Washington’s flashy plays. Packers win.

Week 3 Packers at Browns

Grok’s answer: Traveling to Cleveland, Green Bay exploits the Browns’ inconsistent offense, with Love avoiding turnovers and the secondary limiting big plays for a gritty road win to stay undefeated. Packers win.

Week 4 Packers at Cowboys

Grok’s answer: Facing a Cowboys team weakened by the Parsons trade, Green Bay gets revenge in prime time, dominating the line of scrimmage and forcing turnovers to cap a perfect September. Packers win.

My Thoughts!

This would be an absolutely incredible way to start the season—a perfect September!

Green Bay’s first four weeks are no joke. They open against the defending NFC North champion Detroit Lions, followed by a short turnaround against the Washington Commanders, last year’s NFC Championship runner-up. Brutal.

After that, they head to Cleveland to face what many believe is one of the league’s top defenses. Then, it’s a trip to Dallas to take on Parsons’ former team, the Cowboys.

The first month of the season is absolutely nuts.

And yet, AI has the Packers going 4-0 in these games. Personally, I’d be thrilled with that, but being realistic, I think Green Bay drops at least one. Hopefully not—but you never know.

If Green Bay can survive September undefeated and get to the bye week, with Christian Watson expected back in time for Week 6, this could be their best start to a season since 2011.

So, here’s hoping it all plays out that way.

And as always—

Go Pack Go!
