If you are looking for a Packers fix, you are in for quite a treat this Thursday.
Cheesehead Radio is pleased to have joining us as our special guest, a man affectionately known to the Packer faithful as “The Gravedigger.”
That’s right-the one and only Gilbert Brown will be joining the Cheesehead Radio crew LIVE!
Part of the Super Bowl 31 Championship team that brought the Lombardi Trophy back to Green Bay, Brown played 10 seasons for the Packers, as the anchor of the defensive line. An immovable force at the line of scrimmage, he consistently occupied 2 or more blockers, freeing up other defenders to make the key plays when needed.
Along the way, Brown became a fan favorite. Whether it was for “shoveling dirt” on offensive players who dared get in his way, or tacking Gilbert Burgers, he was loved back then by the Packer faithful, and continues to be today.
Brown was inducted into the Packer Hall of Fame in 2008.
Gilbert is currently the Head Coach of the Green Bay Chill, part of the Legends Football League.
He is also the host of several youth football camps taking place over the summer in Wisconsin.

Be sure to tune into Cheesehead Radio tomorrow night, with your hosts “Jersey” Al Bracco, Jayme Joers, C.D. Angeli, and John Rehor for great conversation with a Packers legend to satisfy your Packers fix on the Packers Talk Radio Network.
John Rehor is a writer at PackersTalk.com and co-host of Cheesehead Radio. To contact John follow him on Twitter @jrehor or email johnrehor@yahoo.com
