I have been involved in sports media for over 10 years. In that time, I’ve helped Alonzo Mourning turn the pages of a calendar, made Scott Wells chuckle about his college playing days and thought that Mike Vrabel could one day run for office after listening to one of his postgame filibusters.
I like warm weather, but love the sanctity of open-air stadiums in December and January.
Other than writing and working out, my favorite pastime is cutting the grass. Sounds corny, I know, but after working at three golf courses, the smell is great.
